Karyn is the owner and founder of Spruce Path Holistic Health. She is a Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist (RCRT)™ and Reiki Master Teacher with a private practice at the Transense Healing Arts Holistic Centre in the beautiful Annex neighbourhood of Toronto. In a dedicated and joyful career spanning over 25 years in the health and wellness field, Karyn has learned that a healthy, balanced nervous system is the foundation for optimal wellness and function.
In her off-practice time, Karyn strives to live her most optimal life…finding joy and purpose by connecting with family and friends, spending time in nature, and learning environmental stewardship, and conservation. Her other loves and creative interests are cooking, enjoying and sharing meals, reading, music, travel and knitting.
Karyn recognizes that true success begins the second you start giving back. Inclusivity and giving back are at the core of Karyn’s values and she is proud to be involved with many local organizations that lift up and support folks in need.
